A Sales Executive in Real Estate with 3+ years of experience in both commercial and residential sales is a professional responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, including commercial and residential properties, on behalf of a real estate agency or developer.

This role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate property transactions successfully.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop a network of contacts to generate leads, referrals, and repeat business.


Property Listings:
Create and manage property listings, including detailed descriptions, high-quality photographs, and virtual tours. Utilize various marketing channels to advertise listings effectively.


Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings. Provide clients with accurate and informed advice.


Property Tours:
Arrange and conduct property tours to showcase available listings to potential buyers or tenants. Highlight unique features and benefits of each property.


Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to understand their specific property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Offer personalized property recommendations aligned with client needs.


Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients. Facilitate the offer, counteroffer, and acceptance process.


Documentation:
Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for property transactions, including purchase agreements, rental contracts, and financing documents.


Marketing Strategies:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties. This may involve online marketing, hosting open houses, and leveraging social media platforms.


Follow-Up:

Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients to provide updates on property listings, market changes, and the progress of their property search or sale.


Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals established by the real estate agency or developer.


Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process.


Legal Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, with a track record in both commercial and residential sales.
  • Profound knowledge of the local real estate market trends and property valuations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for property listings.
  • Indepth understanding of the legal requirements and regulations governing real estate transactions in the local market.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (if required in your region) is an advantage.

Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
