    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage our engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to align engineering efforts with business goals.
    • Provide technical guidance and leadership in all aspects of software development, from design to deployment.
    • Drive the development and implementation of our MERNbased applications, ensuring they meet quality, scalability, and security standards.
    • Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of both web and mobile applications.
    • Lead the adoption of DevOps best practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
    • Maintain a strong focus on security, ensuring that our products are protected from potential vulnerabilities.
    • Implement and oversee Agile development practices, particularly SCRUM, and ensure project management best practices are followed.

    Requirements :

    • 710 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
    • Strong technical background, with expertise in the MERN stack and fullstack development.
    • Proven experience in scaling products to accommodate high user demand.
    • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
    • Deep knowledge of security best practices in software development.
    • Experience working with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
    • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute complex projects.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a highperforming engineering team.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
