    City Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our interior services in Hyderabad / Delhi

    Role and Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand Magicbricks' interior business in the assigned city.

    2. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective collaboration and motivation to achieve business targets.

    3. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, fostering relationships with interior designers, homeowners, and businesses to promote Magicbricks' interior services.

    4. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed decisions and recommendations.

    5. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling of interior services.

    6. Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with internal teams, managing resources effectively, and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.

    7. Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing customer feedback.

    Job Specification

    1. Minimum qualification required is Graduation

    2. Minimum 10 years of overall work experience is required
