Incident/ Problem/ Change management JD:
Mandatory Skills :
experience in Incident management, Change & problem management.
• Should have strong understanding of ITIL V4 processes.
• Very strong communication skills and should be able to understand business impact and should drive the Major incident process.
An Incident Manager has responsibility for:
• Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process, Change and Problem Management.
• Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
• Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
• Developing and maintaining the incident management system
• Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident process and associated procedures
• Reviewing and auditing the process
• Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident management process for every incident
Roles:
• Responsible for the composition and distribution of Major Incident communications according to the MI communication guidelines.
• Responsible for Major incident notifications and follow up communications.
• Track and record incident timelines.
• Track and record updates and follow ups.
