    Location: Bangalore, KA, IN


    Responsibilities:


    · Payroll processing for PAN India

    · Audit Reports and Error Rectifications

    · Input and Output Verification

    · Processing of payroll, crediting the salaries to the employees, payroll accounting, and other

    · Prepare Salary Register reports on a monthly basis.

    · Prepare Tax register as per regime type and as per the submitted investment declaration

    · Reports and reconciliations

    · Full and Final Settlements for ex-employees

    · Income tax declaration and actuals validation for PAN India

    · Calculation and reconciliation of statutory compliances like Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional

    · Tax quarterly return Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4

    · Tax, TDS, and Gratuity etc.

    · Head Count Validation

    · Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system

    · Year-end activities like investment proof verification and validation of th e same

    · Graduate or Post graduate in HR or Relevant field

    · 3 to 6 years of experience in End to End Payroll

    · Excel formula is a must
