    Description

    Description:

    Location : Bangalore.

    Experience: 3-8yrs

    Min 3yrs of exp in performing detailed tolerance analysis for mechanical designs.

    Must have hands on expertise in using 1D, 2D and 3D tolerance analysis by methods like Hand calculations and Software tools like CE-To

    working knowledge on statistical tolerance analysis, RSS, MRSS, etc.

    Knowledge in application of GD&T Principles as per ISO/ASME standards

    Knowledge on DFM and DFA

    Knowledge of fabrication processes, producibility enhancements, and inspection and validation methods


    • Proficiency in understanding DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA etc.


    • Proficiency with CAD modeling – preferably CREO


    • Basic understanding on different stages of a New product development process


    • Experience in Inspection and Validation methods & tools and basic understanding FAIR reports.


    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (technical writing for reports, specifications, presentations, etc. using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
