    Job Title: Senior Manager - Employee Relations

    Accountabilities: As a Senior Manager in Employee Relations, you will offer consultancy and advisory support on ER policies, standards, and disciplinary procedures. Your role involves developing and improving ER/HR policies and procedures in alignment with company ethics and local regulations, managing ER metrics, and identifying trends.

    Essential Skills/Experience:

    • Thorough understanding of employee grievance resolution, investigative methods, organizational HR policies, and practices

    Experience in shaping HR/ER policies and governance procedures is essential. Proficiency in management standards and employment principles is required. Prior HR experience in an employee relations role or HR department emphasizing ER is necessary. Ability to analyze data, exercise sound judgment, build relationships across the organization, and manage priorities proficiently while ensuring attention to detail is crucial. Proficiency in handling confidential matters with discretion and maturity is a must. Knowledge of Industrial Relations, including Union management, Negotiations, and Labour litigation, is advantageous.
