    Job Title: Senior Manager - Service Excellence

    Introduction to role:

    Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring we have a sustainable delivery model? We are seeking an Operational Excellence - Senior Manager who will manage a matrix organization of Project Managers, Transition Leads, OPEX Champions. You will be instrumental in driving the site's Operational Excellence (OE) strategy, applying strategic thinking, leadership and project management skills to identify and achieve significant process/quality improvements. You will develop technical solutions to advanced problems which require the regular use of resourcefulness and creativity. You will also be an encouragement to others by nurturing Lean thinking and standards while providing expert training, advice, and mentoring to all levels.

    Accountabilities:

    As a Senior Manager, you will manage a matrix organization of delivery leads who have Reporting Analysts and BI Experts reporting to them. You will ensure the needs of the reporting team are met in terms of Learning & Development, individual's concerns and their mitigation and providing a growth environment for their upscaling. You will mentor the delivery leads to ensure successful delivery of new transition projects, Future-of-Work, and maintenance of ongoing projects. You will collaborate closely with the business partners and establish good relationship with them. You will conduct monthly governance with the Reporting leads and ensure we have maintained our TAT, SLA and good BAU support.

    Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 7+ years' experience working as OE or Project Manager lead.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer facing operations environment.
  • Should possess business knowledge on the US & Global pharma landscape.
  • Certifications:
  • Should be Lean Six Sigma – Green/ Black Belt Certified.
  • Should have led process automations.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle practices within the BI and Analytics environment.
  • Proficiency in test-driven development methodologies and experience in applying them
  • Been part of global programs with exposure to people across the organization and should have delivered a continuous improvement project.
  • Excellent communication
  • Been active in engagements and possess good networking skills across all levels in organization.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define the long-term roadmap and strategy, aligning it with the organization's business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes. Act as a leader with vision within the organization by sharing knowledge and promoting innovation.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and supervise key performance indicators (important metrics) to measure the effectiveness and impact of service deliverables. Present regular reports and insights to senior management and team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
