    Description

    The Project Manager is in charge of supporting the design and coordination of various research projects. Their role involves overseeing the day-to-day project operations from initiation to data delivery. They will maintain direct communication with clients throughout the project and serve as an integral part of the client's team. Key tasks include questionnaire review, fieldwork/data collection management, and deliverables provision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead client kickoff calls.
    • Coordinate internal resources to support projects.
    • Offer guidance and resolve project challenges at all phases.
    • Consult with clients to apply experience and knowledge for achieving research goals.
    • Monitor and handle project budgets.
    • Provide project updates and status proactively and consultatively during project lifecycle.

    Skills and attributes:

    • A Project Manager with a client-focused approach willing to go the extra mile.
    • Experienced in managing multiple market research projects from inception to completion.
    • Organized and detail-oriented with a keen interest in staying updated on industry developments.
    • Capable of making informed decisions promptly under pressure.
    • Team player who actively supports team members in reaching goals and drives continuous improvement by sharing ideas, knowledge, and skills.
    • Ensures stakeholders are well-informed for delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
    • Excellent communicator.

    Experience:

    • Prior Project Management experience is advantageous.
    • Strongly preferred experience in market research.
    • Background in customer service environment is a plus.
