    Description

    We are looking for a Associate Product Manager, who can manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategies, roadmap execution, customer requirements, and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototype.


    Responsibilities:

    • Brainstorm, prioritize, and develop new product ideas
    • Identify market opportunities and define product vision & strategy
    • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
    • Develop new features and enhance existing ones
    • Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule
    • Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Monitor product metrics to identify how well the customers are using a particular feature and improve it accordingly

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of product management or relevant experience
    • Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, research and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
