    Description

    Job description

    Responsibility:

    • Conduct risk assessments to identify and resolve information security risks at the enterprise level
    • Propose controls to business / IT and / or work with business to plan risk mitigation
    • Prepare risk assessment & recommended control report
    • Follow-ups for mitigation of identified enterprise risks & maintain risk assessment tracker
    • Release periodic management dashboards on residual risks
    • Maintain and update risk assessment procedure & process documents
    • Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
    • Maintain and update the cyber and technology Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
    • Review the RCA for KRI threshold failures and present same in management meetings
    • Assess and provide approval / rejection with appropriate compensating controls for policy exceptions
    • Conduct and drive enterprise risk management through integration with bank's Unified Control Framework
    • Identify and drive automation of risk management processes

    Requirements:

    • Grade: Manager / Sr. Manager
    • Experience required for the Job: 5+ years in information & cyber security
    • BTech/ BCA in IT/ Telecommunication or other relevant field, post graduate preferred
    • Good understanding of IT and Cyber Security Risk
    • Certification like ISO27001 / ITIL / CISA / CISM / CISSP / CCSP / CRISC (Preferable)
    • Knowledge on Layered Security - Firewalls, IDS/IPS, OS Hardening, Malicious Code Security, EDR, DAM, WAF, Network Security, IT controls implementation, DLP, Security Training, Security Policies and Procedures
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies and best security practices for cloud
    • Experience in ServiceNow, AverQ, similar workflow automation tool desirable
    • Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
