    About you:

    12+ years of experience in various roles within the CRM domain, demonstrating a deep understanding of CRM principles and practices

    Should have experience in technology solution conceptualization, building solutions, taking to the market for validation and experience in scaling at least one tech solution in the market

    Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

    Must have the ability to identify customer and user problems and generate solutions for the same

    Must have the ability to operate independently as well as leading and motivating high-performing teams

    Excellent written, verbal, presentation, communication skills are a must

    Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBAs with Technical Background preferred

    Familiarity with Life Sciences CRM ecosystem and vendors like – Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE, Salesforce, OHC etc.

    Exposure and experience in AI/ML technologies, enterprise applications & tech solutions are advantageous

    Role - CRM Practice Lead

    We are seeking a CRM Practice Lead to spearhead the evolution and growth of our industry leading CRM solutions. You will be at the forefront of building CRM solution offerings, validating them in the market, scaling up successful solutions, ensuring successful client implementations and delivering innovative technological solutions tailored to the unique needs of the pharma industry. Your role will also entail close collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to foster ongoing enhancements and optimize the utilization of CRM technology to enhance our clients' operations.

    You will be responsible for:

    Develop and implement a growth strategy for the CRM practice, focusing on the specific needs and challenges of pharma and life sciences companies

    Define and package CRM service offerings specifically tailored to address the unique data management, regulatory compliance, and customer relationship needs of pharma and life sciences companies. (e.g., CRM solutions for commercial operations, patient relationship management, etc.)

    Identify and develop high-value client opportunities within the pharma and life sciences target market

    Oversee the delivery of CRM implementations and client programs specific to the pharma and life sciences industry, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction

    Manage and lead a high-performing team of CRM consultants and developers with experience in the pharma and life sciences domain

    Build strong relationships with senior marketing leaders within pharma and life sciences companies to drive revenue growth, secure new business, and ensure long-term client success

    Manage revenue generation and profitability for the CRM practice within the pharma and life sciences sector

    Lead the creation of industry-specific thought leadership content that positions us as a trusted CRM partner within the pharma and life sciences space

    Stay current on CRM industry trends and the latest CRM technologies, with a specific focus on solutions relevant to the pharma and life sciences landscape
