    Description

    Overview:

    The ProductManager plays a critical role in driving the success of thecompanys products. They are responsible for defining the productvision strategy and roadmap. Their work impacts the entire productlifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Product Managerscollaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering designmarketing and sales to deliver innovative products that meetcustomer needs and drive business growth.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andmaintain the product roadmap
    • Define productrequirements and prioritize featuredevelopment
    • Conduct market research to identifycustomer needs and market trends
    • Collaboratewith engineering and design teams to deliver highqualityproducts
    • Work with sales and marketing todevelop GoToMarket strategies
    • Analyze productperformance and user feedback to drive continuousimprovement
    • Lead crossfunctional teams toexecute on the product roadmap
    • Ensure productsare delivered on time and within budget
    • Defineand track key product metrics and KPIs
    • Managestakeholder communication and expectations
    • Stayupdated with industry trends and competitiveproducts
    • Act as a product evangelist bothinternally and externally

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Engineering or related field
    • Provenexperience in product management ( Consumerelectronic products only)
    • Strong project managementskills
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
    • Deep understanding ofuser experience and design principles
    • Abilityto analyze data and make datadrivendecisions
    • Experience with Agile developmentmethodologies
    • Demonstrated leadership and teammanagement skills
    • Strategic thinking with afocus on execution
    • Strong problemsolving andanalytical capabilities
    • Experience inconducting market and competitiveanalysis
    • Proficiency in product managementtools and software
    • Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment
    • Proven trackrecord of successfully launching and managingproducts
    • Ability to influence and inspirecrossfunctionalteams
