    Role Description:

    • This is a fulltime role for a Business Development Manager in Staffing & Recruitment.
    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing business development plans, identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and providing insights to drive business growth.
    • This role is located in Goregaon and is an onsite Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
    • Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Goaloriented and resultsdriven mindset.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
