    Housr Homes:

    Fully furnished and managed residences across prime locations close to working hubs and

    commercial spaces. We ensure living in a new city is completely hassle-free with high safety

    standards and premium services. These are specifically designed to cater to couples and individuals who are tech-savvy and prefer an urban style of living.

    What the Job Involves:

    • End-to-end recruitment management.
    • Source potential candidates through online channels.
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
    • Ensure a positive candidate interview experience.
    • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
    • Managing the entire onboarding process for the employees, including the HRMS portal.
    • Implementing new strategies for talent management, employer branding, etc.
    • Managing the overall employee lifecycle for selected employees.

    What we are looking for:

    • Proven work experience of 1-3 years, preferably in a startup.
    • Experience in high volume as well as niche hiring.
    • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    • MBA in HR or an equivalent degree.
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good Excel and Power-point skills
