- Use persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to secure customer commitment.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities to measure performance.
- Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Regularly report progress to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the care team and clinic team, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and sales techniques.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adapt to fast changes in products, processes, or sales conditions.
- Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders to identify areas for improvement.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance skills.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2C Sales or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Ed Tech and Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
- You have working knowledge of outbound sales, Inside sales, domestic voice process, customer relationship management and closing deals
