Description
Purpose of theJob:
To maximize performance onsales profitability and quality objectives for thecircle.
Duties &Responsibilities:
To drive localCircle as a profitable business by driving sales production andmanaging the
associatedcosts.
Provide direct support tofront line sales(FLS) executives to help them achieve businessgoals
and maximize their ownproductivity.
Ensure high qualityand persistency of business generated by the local production unitto
support the longtermprofitability of the company
Cascade and align Agency business plans systematically (e.g.targeted product mixspecific
initiatives etc.) toensure effective implementation of thesame
Support Career FLS toidentify and recruit top Financial Consultants from the marketto
expand the distribution teamand improve overall productivity
Provide leadership to the entire Circle team by clearlycommunicating vision andobjectives
of the organization andof the localteam
Requirements
KnowledgeSkills & Abilities:Educational Qualification:
MinimumGraduate
Age 28 to 38yrs
Work Experience: 6 to 12years of retail/distribution sales experience. Out ofwhich
minimum 2 years of teammanagement experience isessential.
Required Skills:
Strong sales planning Team management and High achievementdrive.
