- Developing and implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for both tech and nontech positions, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates and maintaining a funnel
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to align on job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruiting tactics.
- Using metrics to assess the effectiveness of our recruitment process regularly and find ways to improve.
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Implementing new sourcing methods, including the use of social networks and professional platforms
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Proven track record in tech recruitment, with experience building tech and product teams.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trends
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., Stack Overflow and GitHub)
- Proficient understanding of the full cycle recruiting process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking software.
- Knowledge about the industry and the roles within the organization
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry

As a senior member of the talent acquisition team, they provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to junior team members and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Objectives of this role
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Generate reports and present findings to senior management to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively meet hiring goals.
Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
