    Description

    Qualifications :

    Spearheaded the success of digital products, particularly in building/integrating Identity-based platforms or overseeing eCommerce and Martech features in Direct-to-Consumer products.

    Implemented Agile product development principles across the entire product lifecycle, from conception to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, achieving product-market fit, and facilitating scalable growth.

    Actively stayed abreast of digital trends, identified innovation opportunities, conducted thorough market and consumer research, and utilized data-driven insights for informed product decisions.

    Introduced and innovated new advertising products, where applicable.

    Led product feature development, authored Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams.

    Leveraged market research and data insights to drive product decisions.

    Worked collaboratively with design and engineering teams to ensure user-centric design and seamless product development.

    Created professional presentations using MS PowerPoint to effectively communicate product strategies and updates.

    Ensured alignment of technology stacks with product development requirements.

    Managed product development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to streamline the development Strategy :

    Develop and articulate a coherent product strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.

    - Continuously assess market dynamics, competition, and customer feedback to refine the product strategy as necessary.

    Product Planning :

    Define product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

    - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.

    Requirement Gathering :

    Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements, translating customer needs into actionable user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.

    - Maintain a prioritized backlog for development teams.

    Product Development :

    Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

    - Provide guidance and direction to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

    Release Management :

    Coordinate product releases, including feature rollouts, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.

    - Communicate release plans and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Product Marketing :

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and collateral.

    - Support sales efforts with product training, demos, and competitive analysis.

    Performance Monitoring :

    Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to assess performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.

    - Analyze data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

    Stakeholder Management :

    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    - Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.

    Product Evangelism :

    Advocate for the product internally and externally.
