Description

his is an individual contributor role responsible to cross-sell and upgrade the existing American Express consumer card portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for cross-sell initiatives for the upgrade team, while delivering best in class customer experience. The role will be responsible for upgrading customer of the existing base of American Express cards to other premium cards with an idea to deepen our premium customer base and to help deliver the right product strategy for ICS India. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Central Marketing Organisation in ICS that highlights how the upgraded card can better suit the customers lifestyle and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead nurturing and cross selling.
Implementing optimal contact strategy for upgrade using multiple channels of communication such as campaign, CEN, self-generated, IVR/OBTM leads.
Deepening our share of wallet in the premium segment via upsell, cross sell, industry wise spend expansion and generating referrals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute engagement and lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with customer service and product team to effectively collaborate on upgrade requirements and share customer insights.
Assisting customers in end-to-end process from applying the card to the delivery.

Successful candidate will possess the following skills:

2-3 Years prior experience in understanding and managing premium card segment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, willing to learn, responsible and attention to details.
Able to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively.
Demonstrated ability to deliver on targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High customer orientation and ability to manage escalations as the role deals with sensitive customers.
