    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack PHP Lead Developer to join our dynamic team.
    • As a Senior Full Stack PHP Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting robust solutions, and driving the development of our PHPbased applications.
    • The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in PHP development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering highquality software solutions.

    Responsibilities :

    • Should be wellversed with PHP, Laravel
    • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of PHPbased applications.
    • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements and performance goals.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver highquality software products.
    • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.
    • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
    • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.
    • Drive technical discussions and decisionmaking to solve complex problems and improve system architecture.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 6+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams in an agile environment.
    • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).
    • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with database design and optimization.
    • Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).
