    We have urgentopening for Paid Marketing Specialist in reputed industry for MaladWest Mumbai location.


    Designation:
    PaidMarketingSpecialist


    MustHave:
    Should have min 2 yearsexp. on Paid Marketing and Must have goodknowledge on SAAS HRMS HRTech HRITsoftware

    Qualification:
    MBA/PGDM (preferably in Marketing ) or relevant workexperience afterBE/B.Tech

    Rolesand Responsibilities:
    Be responsible for demand generation from PaidMarketing campaigns

    Manage Paid Ad Campaigns acrossdiverse platforms including Google Ads for Search and Display Bingand various Ad Networks. The PPC specialist will also spearheadadvertising campaigns on Social Media Networks such as FacebookLinkedin Quora and others. Additionally they will manage additionalmarketing channels such as Programmatic and Native Advertising.
    Develop and implement strategic paid marketing strategies inalignment with business goals.

    Manage keyword research bidsbudgets and financial aspects ofcampaigns.

    Monitor and optimise campaignsfor maximum ROI.


    Conduct and report indepthanalysis of account metrics including but not limited to impressionshare Ad Rank Quality Score and other key performanceindicators.

    Implement and oversee conversiontags on Google Tag Manager and other relevant platforms tofacilitate comprehensive funnelgeneration.

    Conduct competitor analysis toinform keyword selection.

    Drive initiatives to improvesearch results and brandvisibility.

    Create compelling ad copies andgraphical templates.

    Manage Display network placementlists on Google Ads and other contextual advertisingplatforms.

    Must Have:
    Should have min 2 years exp. on Paid Marketing and Musthave good knowledge on SAAS, HRMS, HRTech, HRITsoftware
