- As the Director of Product Management, develop and execute the product roadmap / strategy incorporating market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis to build a world class product.
- Collaborate effectively with VP Plus level leadership to provide transparency and become the subject matter expert (SME) for the product.
- Establish strong working relationships with the Business Teams and other stakeholders.
- Out of the box thinking to constantly innovate and identify opportunities to increase our overall transaction volume.
- Lead and support a team of 5-25 PMs to deliver greater value to our clients
- Collaborate with engineering team to effectively execute sprint
- Flexible to work with a team that is globally distributed
- Partner with engineers, architects, cross functional teams such as growth, sales, finance and support.
- Consuming third party API documentation to translate into a requirement document
- Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS Product is preferred.
- Should have been the owner of the product or a module of the product, preferably in the B2B SaaS finance domain.
- Should have a basic knowledge of modes of data exchange across systems, e.g., APIs, file base etc. such that you are able to work seamlessly with engineering and external partner teams.
- Should have excellent documentation & communication skills in order to document the requirements and wireframes.
