    Position: Social Media Specialist

    Upriver Ecommerce Private Limited is a tech-enabled online channel management company that works with brands and retailers to manage and accelerate their online sales on their own website as well as on market places like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, Paytm, Snapdeal, Shop clues, Milk Basket, Big Basket, Grofers etc. Upriver was formed by a team of best-in-class professionals from the retail and ecommerce sector, who envisioned the growth of the online channel and discovered the need to have a capable and specialist firm. Aligned with the needs of our clients, our service portfolio spreads from strategy creation to 360-degree execution support, ensuring complete ownership and responsibility of the online channel. We are online arm of our client's organization and our account managers remain fully accountable to our clients.

    Responsibilities


    • Client servicing: dealing and managing social media clients, managing client's social media handle.


    • Management and monitoring of the social media department of the company.


    • Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.


    • Coordinating with clients, marketers, content and designing team on daily basis


    • Monthly planning of social content for various client brands and ideating social campaigns for all

    new launches across brands


    • Monthly social media reporting to Upper management and clients


    • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals,

    and all other aspects of service


    • Creating performance reports and engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this

    effectively) across multiple platforms


    • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of

    measuring social media activity


    • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement

    Skills Required


    • Strong creative and analytical skills


    • Minimum 1 year of Experience in social media


    • Preferred candidates from the Media Industry


    • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing platforms


    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
