    Job Title: Freelance Affiliate Marketing Specialist (U.S. Market)

    Location: Remote - Freelance, must be available during U.S. business hours

We're on the lookout for a Freelance Affiliate Marketing Specialist with an understanding of the U.S. market and a proven track record in successful affiliate campaigns.

    Role Overview: You'll craft and oversee our affiliate programs tailored to the U.S. market, enhancing our brand's reach and driving sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategize, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing initiatives to bolster brand presence and drive sales within the U.S. market.
    • Scout and onboard new affiliates and partners, overseeing negotiations and managing communications.
    • Ensure affiliate compliance with brand values and legal guidelines specific to the U.S. market.
    • Analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
    • Liaise with our marketing team to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
    • Uphold strong affiliate and partner relationships, providing exceptional support and performance-based incentives.
    • Stay abreast of U.S. market trends and affiliate marketing evolutions to inform our approach.
    • Deliver concise campaign performance reports to management.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on the U.S. demographic.
    • Adept at analytics and performance evaluation.
    • Stellar communication skills and proficiency in building professional relationships.
    • Keen understanding of U.S. digital marketing standards and consumer behaviors.
    • Independent, goal-oriented professional with the drive to excel in a freelance capacity.
    • Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant fields preferred, but not required.
