    We at VIS, are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or international recruitment sector, who will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the marketing team to deliver measurable results for our clients.

    Develop and

    Implement Comprehensive Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    Devise and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with international student recruitment goals.

    Lead a team to create, deploy, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks.


    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the international student recruitment landscape.

    Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.


    Content Creation and Engagement:

    Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital channels such as the website, blog, and social media platforms.

    Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and resonates with the target audience.


    Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    Utilize relevant analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Make data-driven decisions and adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall recruitment goals and objectives. Lead and coordinate efforts with admissions, enrollment, and academic teams to maximize synergy.


    SEO and SEM Strategies:
    Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings. Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.


    Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing:
    Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective students. Develop lead nurturing strategies to cultivate relationships, guiding leads through the recruitment funnel.


    Leadership and Revenue Generation:
    Provide visionary leadership to the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Make strategic decisions that contribute to revenue generation and overall business growth.

    Stay Updated with Digital Marketing Trends:
    Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Implement innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence and maintain a competitive edge.


    Qualifications:
