3. Doing site visits along with live demos to make the client understand the need for our products and their usage
4. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
5. Managing your client base through excellent follow-up on leads for existing and new clients Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
6. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
7. Determining client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
8 Doing intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
9 Maintaining and updating listings of available properties
10 Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
