    Description

    Manage the Founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    Act as a point of contact between the Founder, employees, clients, and other external partners.

    Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

    Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

    Provide support in the preparation of board meetings and investor presentations.

    Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.

    Develop and maintain an internal filing system.

    Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.

    Help prioritize and manage the Founder's tasks to ensure that key business objectives are met.

    Qualifications:

    Good understanding of the entire MS Office suite.

    Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

    Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

    Professional level verbal and written communications
