    Description
    Providing the requisite support in timely filing of various Tax Returns

    • Collation of information in connection with Tax audits
    • Collation of information in connection with the Corporate tax assessments and preparing submissions for filing with the tax office
    • Computation of advance tax, withholding taxes and other corporate income tax matters
    • Playing a proactive role in the timely completion of tax compliances of the group entities in overseas jurisdictions
    • Representation and Interface with Tax Dept. and Agencies
    • To represent before the Tax Authorities for assessments, tax clearances, on need basis
    • To manage day to day interface with various Govt. offices for Direct taxes, as required
    • Planning and Advisory
    • Play a key supporting role on providing timely advice on tax amendments and initiation of necessary steps to comply with the requirements
    • Coordination and liaisoning with tax consultants for tax compliance and planning
