    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage the ABAP development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions for various SAP modules.
    • Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and project deadlines.
    • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure optimized performance, maintainability, and adherence to quality standards.
    • Collaborate with functional consultants to identify gaps in the existing system's functionality and propose effective solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and solution deployment activities to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
    • Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP trends, tools, and techniques, and actively share knowledge with the team.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum (X) years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant, with (X) years in a lead or supervisory role.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming, debugging, and performance optimization, with a strong understanding of ABAP Objects and Web Dynpro.
    • Proficient in working with SAP Modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and HR.
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori UI, and SAP Cloud Platform would be highly beneficial.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while ensuring the team meets project deadlines.
    • A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
