    Description
    Pepper ( is a content-marketing stack empowering any kind of content creation across the customer journey from ideation, to creation, to distribution, to analytics via the virtue of strategy, technology and talent all in one-single platform.

    The decentralised talent marketplace of creators has over 200,000+ content creators (writers, designers, video editors, etc.) making subject-matter experts, scalability and cost reduction the primary USP of Pepper Content.


    About the Role:

    As a TA Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with the exciting task of finding and attracting highly qualified candidates for our growing company.

    You will gain valuable experience in all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening applicants to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.


    Responsibilities:


    Support the TA team with sourcing qualified candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, etc.)Assist with screening resumes and applications according to job requirementsSchedule interviews and manage interview logisticsPrepare interview materials and coordinate with hiring managersConduct preliminary candidate interviewsAssist with onboarding new hires (optional)Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitmentParticipate in recruitment projects and initiatives.


    Qualifications:
    Currently enrolled in a master's degree program (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamA passion for recruiting and building relationships
