    NPA Acquisition Specialist


    We are seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience for the role of NPA Acquisition and Resolution Specialist.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and strategizing the resolution of non-performing assets (NPAs) acquired from banks and financial institutions.


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Identifying NPAs for acquisition from banks and financial institutions.
    • Analyzing the financial and business viability of acquired assets and developing resolution strategies.
    • Conducting site visits and preparing comprehensive reports on findings and observations.
    • Developing strategies for restructuring, sale of business (M&A), sale of assets, and settlement.
    • Negotiating with various stakeholders including selling banks, financial organizations, lenders, prospective buyers, and investors.
    • Negotiating with borrowers/guarantors for settlements.
    • Securitization and reconstruction of financial assets in accordance with SARFAESI Act, 2002.
    • Maintaining knowledge of regulatory guidelines in respect of acquisition and resolution of distressed assets.

    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to assume ownership and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Resultoriented mindset.
    • Hardworking, disciplined, and with high levels of integrity.
    • Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar tools used in daytoday work.
