Position Overview: HDFC Securities is looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist for DigitalBusiness with 8+ years of experience with a solid background in the Indian banking and capital markets segment. The position contributes to support business needs at corporate level and ensures compliant, accurate & timely implementation of company strategy and people processes that enable management of employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Digital teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Support Non Tech hiring as and when required
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and enhance employer branding efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively identify and engage with passive candidates.
Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities, including pipeline status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Mentor and coach junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, interview techniques and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling digital positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly within the IT / Fintech / Digital industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
