    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for an Architect / Senior Architect for our SaaS products at our Hyderabad office. Career growth would be in the form of individuals moving from architecture/design to management and leadership roles.

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at HighRadius. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, design and security of the product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software systems.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance large-scale distributed multi-tenant systems.
    • Drive technical decision-making to strike the right balance between simplicity,
    • flexibility, reliability, cost, and performance.
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to support solution development.
    • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    SKILLS:

    Experience Range: 10 to 25 Years

    Role: final role will depend on the candidate's experience and credentials

    Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.S/M.E/M.Tech

    Technology Stack: AWS, Azure, GCP, System Design, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Architecting, Application Architecting, Java, Spring, Springboot Framework, Hibernate, (MySQL/Oracle/any database)

    Location: Hyderabad

    Other Requirement:

    • Strong experience in developing scalable, reliable multi-tenant platform architectures.
    • Experience in running a large platform infrastructure in production. Strong Understanding of Observability and open standards.
    • Experience in Debugging techniques, Root Cause Analysis, Breakpoints, Stack Traces, Log Analysis, Memory Profiling, Debugging Tools, Exception Handling, Threading Issues, Performance Bottlenecks, Race Conditions and Post- Mortem Analysis.
    • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and container deployments; extensive knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, and containers.
