    Job Description :


    You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of complex Pega applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Pega development processes.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage the development of enterpriseclass Pega applications from conception to deployment, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Mentor and guide junior Pega developers, providing technical expertise and ensuring they adhere to best practices.
    • Design and develop Pega applications using strong objectoriented principles.
    • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOA principles and APIs.
    • Develop and maintain SOAP/REST connectors and services.
    • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that interact with Pega applications.
    • Champion the use of Agile Development methodologies, particularly PegaSCRUM.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest Pega features and functionalities, including PRPC version 8.x.
    • Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical expertise.
    • Document technical designs and decisions.

    Technical Skills :

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pega development.
    • 6+ years of overall IT experience.
    • Proven experience developing enterpriseclass Pega applications.
    • Strong understanding of the Pega platform, including its architecture, tools, and functionalities.
    • Experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Strong objectoriented design and implementation skills.
    • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
    • Experience in creating SOAP/REST connectors and services.
    • Experience integrating Pega with RPA tools.
    • Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies, especially PegaSCRUM.
    • Experience with PRPC version 8.x.

    Bonus points :

    • Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA).
    • Handson experience with Pega KYC (Know Your Customer) solutions.
