    Regional Manager-Business Development West Zone - Pune, India - Nexapp Technologies Private Limited

    We're looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Regional Manager Business Development to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you'll be in charge of creating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals and establish our presence in the West India region. As a key team member, you'll identify new business opportunities, and build solid relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with a strategic approach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to boost revenue growth in the West India region.
    • Identify and prioritize target accounts and potential customers aligning with company objectives.
    • Foster strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
    • Understand customer needs to effectively position our Network & Security product line, including SDWAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
    • Deliver product presentations and demos to showcase product value to clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research.
    • Achieve or surpass sales targets in the designated region.
    • Lead and support a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential.
    • Work cross-functionally with product management and customer success teams.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports regularly.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in Network and Security.
    • Strong understanding of Network & Security product line, including SDWAN, ZTNA, Enterprise Wi-Fi, and Cybersecurity concepts.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent team management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
    • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
