    Description
    [What the role is]

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive at the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS). In this fulfilling role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the growth and success of SIRS by driving sales and business development initiatives.

    [What you will be working on]

    • Secure new client accounts and partners.
    • Cultivate and grow existing accounts.
    • Provide training advisory to our retail clients, helping them identify staff training needs and establish capability development pathways.
    • Manage resources and schedule of training projects (project management).
    • Administer and manage national jobs and skills related programmes.
    • Organise and execute outreach activities/events to promote SIRS' programmes, services and solutions.

    [What we are looking for]

    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Project Management or Partnership Management.
    • Possess strong experience in key account management, sales and business development.
    • Self-motivated, driven, good team player, and possess strong customer service mindset and skills.
    • Good oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in planning and executing outreach events and marketing activities.
    • Experience in retail, business, service, training/education industry will be an added advantage.
