- Secure new client accounts and partners.
- Cultivate and grow existing accounts.
- Provide training advisory to our retail clients, helping them identify staff training needs and establish capability development pathways.
- Manage resources and schedule of training projects (project management).
- Administer and manage national jobs and skills related programmes.
- Organise and execute outreach activities/events to promote SIRS' programmes, services and solutions.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Project Management or Partnership Management.
- Possess strong experience in key account management, sales and business development.
- Self-motivated, driven, good team player, and possess strong customer service mindset and skills.
- Good oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Experience in planning and executing outreach events and marketing activities.
- Experience in retail, business, service, training/education industry will be an added advantage.
