- Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely closure of agreements, documentation, collection efforts, and resolution of customer grievances.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to streamline processes and address customer needs effectively.
- Monitor the performance of team members, review completed tasks, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement and achieve targets.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the CRM function, propose solutions, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Oversee the management of customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- A bachelors degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, particularly in the real estate industry, with a focus on post-sales activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
