    Description
    Overview: The PersonalAssistant to the Director plays a crucial role in providinghighlevel administrative support to the Director. This position ispivotal in ensuring the Directors efficiency and effectiveness bymanaging a wide range of administrative and executive supporttasks.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Manage and maintainthe Directors calendar including scheduling appointments meetingsand travel arrangements.
    • Screen and prioritizeincoming communications including emails phone calls and othercorrespondence.
    • Coordinate and facilitateinternal and external communications on behalf of theDirector.
    • Prepare and organize meetingsincluding agendas minutes and necessarydocumentation.
    • Handle confidential informationwith discretion and professionalism.
    • Conductresearch and prepare reports as needed by theDirector.
    • Assist in personal tasks such aspersonal appointments and familyrelatedmatters.
    • Manage and coordinate special projectsas assigned by the Director.
    • Oversee and manageadministrative functions including office supplies equipment andfacilities.
    • Proactively identify opportunitiesto improve office processes and implementsolutions.
    • Act as a liaison between theDirector and internal/externalstakeholders.
    • Provide support for personal andprofessional errands and tasks asrequired.
    • Handle travel arrangements includingitineraries accommodations andlogistics.
    • Assist in managing the Directorsprofessional and personal commitments.
    • Handleadhoc administrative and personal tasks asneeded.
    RequiredQualifications:
    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Management or relatedfield.
    • Proven work experience as a PersonalAssistant Executive Assistant or similarrole.
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Strong written and verbalcommunication abilities.
    • Proficient inMicrosoft Office and other relevantsoftware.
    • High level of discretion andintegrity when handling confidentialinformation.
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Detailorientedand proactive in problemsolving.
    • Understandingof office management and administrativeprocesses.
    • Ability to work effectively underpressure in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Professional and polished demeanorwith a positive attitude.
    • Flexibility andadaptability to everchanging priorities andneeds.
    • Knowledge of travel coordination andevent planning.
    • Understanding of protocol andetiquette in professional settings.
    • Experiencein managing complex calendars andschedules.
