    ProjectManager

    Location: Noida

    Duration: Full Time

    Responsibilities of ProjectManager

    • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelinesmilestones and resource allocation to ensure successful projectexecution.
    • Coordinate and lead crossfunctional project teamsproviding clear direction support and guidance throughout theproject lifecycle.
    • Monitor project progress identify risks and developmitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met withindefined timelines and budget.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively communicateproject status risks and issues and make necessary adjustments toproject plans as needed.
    • Conduct regular project meetings prepare status reportsand provide updates to senior management and stakeholders regardingproject progress risks and key decisions.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards changemanagement processes and industry best practices in all projectactivities.

    Requirements for ProjectManager

    • Possess a strong understanding of project managementmethodologies tools and best practices.
    • Knowledge of both traditional waterfall andagile methodologies is beneficial.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevantexperience.
    • Anygraduate (MBA preferred)
    • Ability to create and manage project plans schedules andbudgets.
    • Have asolid technical background in IT to effectively communicate andunderstand the requirements and complexities of IT projects.
    • Familiarity withsoftware development life cycle (SDLC) and common IT technologiesand frameworks.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead andmotivate crossfunctional project teams.
    • Ability to convey complex technical conceptsin a clear and understandable manner.
    • Exhibit strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities to identify and resolve project issues and risks.
    • Ability to balancecompeting priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Proficient inidentifying and managing project risks. Ability to proactivelyassess potential risks develop mitigation strategies and implementcontingency plans when necessary. Familiarity with risk assessmenttechniques and tools.
    • Strong financial management skills to effectively manageproject budgets track expenses and optimize resource allocation.
    • Possess a proactiveand adaptable mindset to navigate through project complexities andchanging requirements.
    • Ability to quickly adjust project plans and strategiesto accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
    • Understand and implement quality assuranceprocesses and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet therequired quality standards. Attention to detail and commitment todelivering highquality outcomes.
    • Excellent organizational and time managementskills to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multipleprojects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in using project management tools andsoftware.
