    Are you ready to take charge of invoicing and OTC AR tasks? Join us to enhance processes, reconcile usage, and boost efficiency. Collaborate with Sales and Operations for effective negotiations. Report to the Regional OTC Manager, contributing globally. Impact receivables and drive efficiency in our dynamic environment as Vocational Billing Specialist.

    What you will be doing:
  • Accountable for the manual invoicing and its associated operational tasks including and not limited to usage reconciliations and collection of India debt including the Vocational line of Business on behalf of our Gurgaon office with the ambition to reduce ageing across the customer set.
  • Ensuring processes are followed including phone calls, emails, and internal chasing with the BDMs and Account Managers, GST reconciliations.
  • Working collaboratively with the local Sales and operations team to aid and assist negotiations and escalations with the joint ambition of reducing the age profile of receivables.
  • Reporting into the Regional OTC Manager in Gurgaon, ultimately into Global Head of Order to Cash based in the UK Head Office.
    • What we are looking for from you:
    Essential:
  • Experience in invoicing and Order to Cash Accounts Receivable tasks.
  • Strong ability to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with Sales, Operations, and global teams.
    • Desired:
  • Experience in negotiating and escalating effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation methods and usage optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for reporting purposes.
