    Description

    Technologies (All of these) :

    • Worked on Selfhosted Atlassian products (Jira Data Center, Confluence, etc).
    • Architectural knowledge on best practice for Jira in AWS.
    • Craft automation scripts, automation and groovy scripting and code to meet our requirement.
    • Create, Manage and administer Jira instances in AWS.
    • Experience with Jira SDK plugins and addons.
    • Proficient in customizing workflows, security, permissions, fields, dashboards, user management and reports in Jira etc.
    • Working experience in Linux.
    • Great troubleshooting skills for incidents within Jira or Infrastructure.
    • Deep knowledge in creating and using complex advance JQL.
    • Jira Rest API experience for automation and integration.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
    • Should know any backend language preferably Java.
    • Should be aware of working in GIT Hub environment and aware of CI/CD concepts.

    Good-to-have skill :

    • Knowledge of Docker, Integrate tools like Grafana, Data-Dog and Prometheus with Jira.
    • Worked with CFT or CDK or Terraform competence and Jira Backend (upgrades, backups, IaC templates, Automation, config, infra (AWS) etc.).
    • AWS competence to set up an AWS environment and finetune load balancing scaling, Disaster Recovery, Security and Cost management.
    • Good working experience in handling and setting up of CI/CD setup
