    Description

    Who You Are :


    You've demonstrated prowess in steering digital products, particularly in Identity-based platforms integration or overseeing eCommerce and Martech aspects within Direct to Consumer products.


    Implementation of Agile product development methodologies across the product lifecycle, from ideation to MVP development, achieving product-market fit, and driving growth.


    You possess a keen awareness of the digital realm, tracking innovation trends, conducting thorough market and consumer research, and leveraging data-driven insights for strategic product decisions.

    If applicable, you've pioneered the development of new advertising products.


    You've spearheaded product feature development, crafting PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, in addition to collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

    Market research and data insights are integral to your product decision-making process.

    You've collaborated closely with design and engineering units to ensure user-centric design principles and seamless product development.

    Your adeptness in crafting professional presentations using MS PowerPoint aids in effectively communicating product strategies and updates.

    Ensuring technology stacks align with product development requirements is one of your responsibilities.

    You've proficiently managed product development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to streamline the development pipeline.


    What You Will Do :

    Product Strategy :
    Formulate and articulate a coherent product strategy congruent with organizational objectives and market dynamics.

    Continuously evaluate market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine the strategy as needed.

    Product Planning :

    Develop the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on their business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.


    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.

    Requirement Gathering :

    Work in tandem with stakeholders to collect and analyze product requirements, converting customer needs into actionable user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.

    Maintain a well-prioritized backlog for development teams.

    Product Development :

    Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, offering guidance and direction to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products meeting or surpassing customer expectations.


    Release Management :
    Coordinate product releases and updates, including feature rollouts, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.

    • Communicate release plans, timelines, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

    Product Marketing :
    Collaborate with the marketing team to devise go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and collateral.

    • Support sales endeavors with product training, demos, and competitive analysis.

    Performance Monitoring :
    Define and monitor key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.

    • Analyze data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform future product decisions.

    Stakeholder Management :

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.


    Product Evangelism :
    Advocate for the product passionately, both internally and externally.

    • Champion the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to garner enthusiasm and support across the organization and customer base.
