We are hiring Accounts Executive for an Textile Manufacturing

Job Location - Madurai

Responsibilities:-

Process and oversee the handling of invoices, receipts, and payments.

Regularly reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain accuracy.

Monitor and supervise employee expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Uphold compliance with company expense policies.

Manage and update entries in the general ledger for accuracy.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies identified.

Organise and uphold the accuracy of financial records and associated documentation.

Ensure strict compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.

Aid in preparing financial statements and reports as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive preferably from a reputed company.

Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Understanding of financial principles and practices.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
