    About the Role :
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst 3 to join our Cyber Security team.

    You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

    You will work closely with security professionals, stakeholders, and business leaders to analyze security requirements, define security strategies, and develop solutions to mitigate cyber risks.


    Responsibilities :

    • Partner with security professionals to understand and document complex cyber security threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Analyze business processes and identify security risks and control gaps.
    • Conduct security requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to define security needs and objectives.
    • Develop and document security requirements specifications (SRS) aligned with business needs and regulatory compliance.
    • Translate security requirements into actionable solutions for the security team.
    • Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to address identified risks.
    • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Track and manage security projects and ensure their successful implementation.
    • Conduct costbenefit analysis for proposed security solutions.
    • Develop and deliver security awareness training for business users.
    • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest cybersecurity threats, regulations, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications :

    • 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Cybersecurity a plus.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2).
    • Experience in conducting security requirements gathering and analysis.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
