    Experience:

    Between 1518 Yrs in Sales and Marketing of Spice Powders Picklesand FoodProducts.

    Purposeof the Role:This position isresponsible for driving channel sales growth and profitability asper company s sales plans and objectives. This role also needs todevelop appropriate sales strategy plans and programs for theassigned business region and ensure effective deployment of thesame. The position requires developing key relationships withcustomers as well as internal stakeholders to achieve businessgrowth in line with company s targets. and annualplans.

    Role&Responsibilities:Developcomprehensive sales strategies categorized by product and SKU forthe assigned area to promote the company.2.Drive and maximize sales revenue and volume for the company sproducts.3.Plan and execute categorywisesales planning to ensure targeted marketpenetration.4. Develop regionwise andareawise sales plans to optimize marketcoverage.5. Monitor and analyze salesrevenue on a weekly and monthly basis providing insights forimprovement.6. Implement and oversee thedaily dispatch plan to meet customer demandefficiently.7. Ensure 100% advance paymentcollections before dispatching the company sproducts.8. Strategically plan schemes tooptimize sales and fulfill growthobjectives.9. Establish the right orderingpattern to minimize stockouts and reduce salesreturns.10. Plan field force tours to ensuremaximum coverage at an optimal costlevel.11. Manage storage and distributionthrough increasing CFA distributors and fieldforce.12. Ensure a healthy ROI todistribution through timely stock dispatch and generating secondarysales.13. Drive product SKUwise growthdistributorwise to enhance maximum availability andsales.14. Collaborate with the IT team toplan and execute sales automationprograms.15. Develop and train a strongsales force 16. Set and review effectivegoals (KRA/KPI) and conduct periodic performance reviews incollaboration with HR.17. Identify top salestalent and create comprehensive career plans for longtermretention.18. Participate in the recruitmentand selection process for hiring the right talent for the salesteam.19. Design and implement salesincentive plans based on business needs from time totime.20. Identify top sales talent andcreate comprehensive career plans for longtermretention.
