    Job Description#KGSThe KPMG Global Services (KGS) Tax is a diverse team spread across multiple cities in India. We provide tax and compliance services to KPMG Firms globally.

    ResponsibilitiesBase ExpectationsProject DeliveryGood accounting and tax knowledgeGood knowledge of Financial StatementsKeen on using technology driven tax/financial solutionsGood understanding of Transfer Pricing benchmarking process including working on global databasesGood understanding of Transfer Pricing documentation process including working on update reports, industry analysis and economic analysis.

    Excellent knowledge of MS OfficePractice ManagementMeeting deadlinesBeing role models for peersAdhering (100%) to hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave compliance and risk policies

    Stretch ExpectationsProject DeliveryCompleting projects in a timely manner with a good qualityAble to work in a team and on multiple projectsProject ManagementShowing ownership and proactively adding value to team wide initiativesDisplaying strong presence and impact in the wider team

    QualificationsEducational qualificationsGraduation /Post-Graduation / Chartered Accountant

    Work ExperienceA minimum of 1 to 3 years of transfer pricing experience

    Preferred Technical & Functional SkillsProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPointProficiency in mining data from databases and resources

    Key Behavioral Attributes/requirementsExceptional communication skills and strong Analytical ability.
    Target driven and customer focus.
