    We are looking for a Pre-sales Manager to derive immense value for our enterprise clients, handle projects and devise solutions. You'll be assigned as the clients' first point of contact, ensuring that our clients are able to unlock immense value out of using Locus. To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset in this position. If you're a team player and a problem-solver, we'd like to meet you.

    Work Location: Jakarta

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for 3 major fronts of enterprise engagements: Solution Design, Project Management & Engagement Growth.

    Solution Design:

    1. Understand client's business, use case and devise solutions using the existing product portfolio

    2. Identify new, challenging problem statements for the client which can be solved using core Locus IP

    3. Identify new markets with critical problems where Locus can help unlock value

    Project Management:

    1. Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively

    2. Ensure efficient delivery of the solution

    3. Effectively managing all the stakeholders from various teams and different verticals

    4. Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met

    5. Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers

    6. Address customer issues with speed and efficiency

    7. Prepare reports on project performance

    Engagement Growth:

    1. Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact

    2. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

    3. Work with sales teams to generate new business.
