    The Role:

    At HCL Software we are seeking to hire a Senior Software Engineer III for the BigFix Engineering team. We are looking for Lead Developer who will be introduced in a worldwide context, working with teams geographically distributed and interacting with different departments and final users, contributing to the development of software products globally distributed. This role specializes in working with and providing technical guidance to other junior development members and collaborate with architects and other leadership team members. We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and curious developer with excellent programming skills, willing to get thoroughly involved in an inclusive and open-minded teamwork in a dynamic, global, and multicultural organization with advanced processes.

    In our team you will be responsible for:

    • with the product architects to define product architecture, high-level and low-level design artifacts.
    • technical directions to the junior team members to implement product features according to the defined design.
    • junior team members to achieve their own goals as well as the overall organization business goals.
    • with creative ideas for new prototypes and innovative projects
    • to any process improvements to optimize the SW life-cycle and maximize the team's productivity.
    • and implementing new product features being accountable for the personal and the team's work.
    • and resolving product issues reported by customers in the field.
    • clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

    What You'll Bring:

    BE/BTech from a reputed institution

    9+ Years experience in development in Software industry

    2+ Years experience in lead role in a SW product company or similar relevant experience

    Required Technical Skills with proven track record of successful projects and strong hands-on experience in following areas.

    -Golang Advanced Java

    -NoSQL ,

    -System Design

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • in architecture and design
    • in working with customers
    • with executive level communications and metrics
    • at conferences / engaging face-to-face with customers
    • with Agile development methodologies.
