Description

Roles & responsibilities:

Accurately record and manage patient related documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
Perform regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of records.
Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA or other relevant data protection regulations.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems or other relevant software tools for accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of experience
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure, in a high-volume environment and adhere to strict protocols and guidelines
Familiarity with medical terminologies is an advantage.
Should have good typing speed
Candidates should be from Trivandrum location
Should be an Immediate joiner

Shift Timing - 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Work Location - Thirumala, Trivandrum
